These services provide vital assistance ranging from emergency accommodation and financial support to counselling, legal help, and long-term recovery programs.

Whether you’re seeking immediate safety, practical guidance, or ongoing support, the links on this page connect you with organisations that are here to help. Every group listed is focused on offering compassion, protection, and practical solutions so that no one has to face this journey alone.

DV Connect helps Queenslanders find pathways to safety, away from domestic, family and sexual violence. They provide emergency transport and accommodation for your entire family including pets. Asssitance can be limited at times due to demand.

BDVS is the regional Domestic and Family Violence support service for people living in Brisbane. They provide a range of free and confidential services for people who are experiencing or are at risk of domestic and family violence.

The Leaving Violence Program can support you to leave an intimate partner who is violent through support packages that offer financial and other supports. The Program is available to support those who are eligible regardless of gender or visa status.

You may be able to get a Crisis Payment if you’ve experienced a family or domestic violence incident.

1800RESPECT is the national domestic, family and sexual violence counselling, information and support service

Free Service  that allows Gold Coast and Logan locals to collect essential non-perishable groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables, frozen meals and household items, when in need.

Low cost and Free Food Services available. Stores located at Loganholme and Hillcrest.

Based in Toowoomba, Protea Place Women's Support Centre provides support, dignity and safety to vulnerable women.

HEART 4000 is part of Comunify and is a leading provider of housing support services in Brisbane. Based in Fortitude Valley, they work with people who may be experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.

DVAC provides free and confidential services for people experiencing domestic, family, and sexual violence in their catchment areas within South East Queensland.
